Information and purpose

This website has no forms, user accounts or subscriber database. If you send an email, your address, name and any information you include will be used to respond to your enquiry and maintain the professional conversation you requested.

Processing is based on responding to your request; where it relates to a contractual relationship, necessary pre-contractual steps apply. Your information will not be used for advertising or newsletters without a valid legal basis.

Retention and recipients

Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry or maintain the professional relationship, and for periods required to meet legal responsibilities. It will be reviewed and deleted when no longer needed.

Email services and, once the website is published, hosting services may process technical data to provide their services. Email is provided through Google Gmail; the planned hosting provider is Cloudflare Pages. These providers may operate outside the European Economic Area under the applicable safeguards described in their policies. Personal data is not sold.

LinkedIn links

Subscriptions to RESILIENCIA take place directly on LinkedIn. Newsletter and profile links lead to an independent service governed by its own privacy policy. This website does not receive or store your subscription.

Cookies and analytics

In its current configuration, this website does not set analytics or advertising cookies, use local storage or load tracking tools. External links may lead to services that use their own cookies.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency if you believe your rights have not been respected.
